Bought a Single Family home in 2023 in Greensboro, GA.

Carol Bitner (and her associate Eric Buchtmann) have been outstanding realtors who found us our new home. We began the process several months ago during a time when the listings were few and the market was extremely hot. Homes were selling within days of hitting the market.

We were especially interested in potentially buying a home in a few select neighborhoods. Carol drafted letters to every homeowner in those neighborhoods seeking potential homes that might be for sale that matched our needs and requirements. We ultimately found a home in one of those neighborhoods. Carol's knowledge and expertise in the real estate market resulted in crafting an offer with a winning bid on the house we wanted. We are excited to now be in the process of moving to our new home.
