About Remax
I am so excited to be a part of the RE/MAX Family! I became a part of the RE/MAX Associates – Athens, Inc. Family in 2004 after leaving another national franchise. I wasn’t accustomed to all the resources and true caring that is available through this organization. It is great to send and receive referrals of folks leaving or coming into our area, knowing that we are unified in working hard to help our clients get settled with the utmost care. I was delighted to find that RE/MAX agents, in general, are experienced pro-active agents always looking out for their clients’ best interests.
Check out the RE/MAX International website, www.REMAX.com. From there, not only can you check out all properties listed anywhere for sale and check out our agents, but you will also see that we are all about community and caring. Our support for the Susan B Koman foundation is near and dear to my heart, as I am also a breast cancer survivor. I was diagnosed in 2002 and thanks to all the research and new treatments that are available, I am now cancer free.
In our office a portion of our earned commissions are designated to the Children’s Miracle Network. It is amazing how much can be accomplished when we all give back to our communities!

What is a REALTOR®?
Not every agent is a REALTOR®. Only an active member of the National Association of REALTORS® can call him or herself a REALTOR®. NAR's membership of 1 million is composed of residential and commercial brokers, sales agents, property managers, appraisers, counselors, and others engaged in the profession. Every REALTOR® belongs to one or more of about 1,700 local associations and boards and 54 state and territory associations. The REALTOR® you hire adheres to a strict code of ethics and professionalism while protecting and promoting ownership of property.
